Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries are low-calorie and low-sugar food that contain numerous nutrients and antioxidants. One cup of berries has around 50 calories and is an excellent source of fiber, vitamins, and micronutrients.

2# Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is high in protein and is a low-calorie food that supports a healthy digestive system, making it a filling and satisfying snack. One cup has about 100 calories and 17 grams of protein.

Apples are a great source of Vitamin C and antioxidants, which can help boost your immune system and protect you against disease. They’re also a good source of insoluble fiber, which helps keep you regular. One medium apple has about 95 calories and 5 grams of fiber.
