Also, failing to stick with a diet can cause damage a person’s self-esteem.

Furthermore, people may isolate from friends and family because they cannot participate in social activities. In addition, strict eating habits or an intense exercise regimen can be demanding and time-consuming. Finally, people who engage in hardcore weight loss may experience anxiety over maintaining or reaching their desired weight.
