It’s official! Chris Bumstead has won the Classic Physique Mr. Olympia title for the fourth year. This incredible achievement requires hard work, dedication, and consistency.

But what was his secret to success? To answer this question, we must look at his diet, workout plan, and training regimen. We also have to consider the advice from his trainer Hany Rambod. So let’s dive in and see what made Chris Bumstead a four-time champion!

Chris Bumstead’s Personal Information

Christopher Adam Bumstead was born in Ottawa, Ontario, on February 2, 1995. Chris stands at 6’1″ (185 cm) tall and weighs around 225 lbs (102 kg) during contests and 264 lbs (120 kg) during the off-season.

Chris has a well-balanced physique with broad shoulders and a tapered waistline that gives him an aesthetically impressive body. He also has excellent muscle definition thanks to his strict diet and workout plan.

Chris Bumstead’s Diet & Workout Plan

Chris follows a strict diet of lean protein sources such as chicken breasts, fish, and eggs, along with complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and green vegetables.

Bumstead also consumes plenty of healthy fats, which help him stay satiated throughout the day while providing essential nutrients for optimal health and performance. As far as workouts go, Chris is trained by the number one trainer in the world Hany Rambod. Hany trained 7x Mr. Olympia Phil Heath and current Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan.

Chris focuses on heavy compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press variations such as dips or close grip presses, and isolation exercises like cable rows or leg curls for added definition. He also incorporates some cardio exercises and HIIT workouts to burn body fat.

Hany Rambod’s Advice For Winning The Classic Physique Mr. Olympia Title

When asked about how he helped Chris win the Classic Physique Mr. Olympia title again this year, Hany Rambod had this to say: “My goal with Chris was simple; I wanted to bring out the best version of Chris possible by focusing on improving all aspects of his physique from symmetry to conditioning.”

Haney added, “I believe in training smarter, not harder, which means understanding that rest days are just as important as training days.”

Haney also emphasized the importance of having a positive mindset which can be difficult when facing adversity. Still, it can make a massive difference in overall performance when competing at a high level, such as in the Mr. Olympia competition.

The Last Word on How Chris Bumstead Became Mr. Olympia Classic Physique Again:

Hard work pays off! By following an effective diet plan combined with intense training sessions under his trusted trainer Hany Rambod, Chris Bumstead won the Classic Physique Mr. Olympia title again this year!

His victory proves that anything is possible if you put your mind towards it and stay focused on your goals regardless of what life throws at you! Congratulations once again to Chris Bumstead on winning yet another classic physique championship!
