Get in the Fat Burning Zone –

We mean exercising at an intensity or duration that causes you to enter the fat-burning zone that can burn fat. Remember, your target heart rate to burn stomach fat depends on your age. To lose belly fat, you need an intense exercise routine. Best intensity exercises include:

  • Stairmaster
  • High-intensity interval training
  • Swimming
  • Biking

Create a Calorie Deficit –

The next step is to create a calorie deficit. However, before creating a calorie deficit, you must figure out the calories your metabolism needs. Usually, this energy is used for breathing, digestion, internal metabolic cell process, thinking, and exercising. Once you find that, eat fewer calories than your metabolism needs. It will force your body to get the remaining calories from burning belly fat. For this, try to eat a less calorie diet like:

  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Lentils
  • Turkey breast
  • Broccoli

Eat Food that Can Burn Fat –

Besides reducing your calorie consumption, knowing the type of calories you consume is also essential. There are easy meal plans for beginners to follow. Certain foods can help you burn belly fat. These are:

Manage Food Cues and Cravings –

By keeping busy and staying happy, you can avoid food as an emotional support system. In addition, certain foods with high satiety indexes keep you satisfied longer and prevent cravings from train-wrecking your diet.

Get Some Sleep –

Last, let your body rest and recover. Most of the time, lack of exercise is often a result of a lack of energy. Therefore, get enough sleep, at least 7 to 8 hours, to restore your energy. It can help you lose weight.
