Create a Calorie Deficit –

The next step is to create a calorie deficit. However, before starting a calorie deficit, you must figure out the calories your metabolism needs. Usually, this energy is used for breathing, digestion, internal metabolic cell process, thinking, and exercising. Once you find that, eat fewer calories than your metabolism needs. It will force your body to get the remaining calories from burning belly fat. For this, try to eat a less calorie diet like:

Get Some Sleep –

Last, let your body rest and recover. Most of the time, lack of exercise is often a result of a lack of energy. Therefore, get enough sleep, at least 7 to 8 hours, to restore your power. It can help you lose weight.
